Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized watches.
  • Watches that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
